Common Questions

Simple answers for school users.

Which module should be configured first?

Start with academic year, then class, section, subject, guardian, student type, and student admission. After that, configure attendance, fees, and exam modules.

Why can’t a staff member see a menu?

Their role may not have permission for that module. Ask the school admin to check user role and permission settings.

Can teachers manage attendance and marks?

Yes, if the teacher role has permission and the teacher is assigned properly. Schools should give teachers only the required access.

Why are reports empty?

Check academic year, class, section, date range, and whether data was entered in the related module. For example, attendance reports need attendance records first.

When should promotion be processed?

Promotion should be processed only after final result, fee verification, and academic year/session planning are completed.
